Less than two weeks to go, and then the big day is here: the starting gun for the Kärcher Duo Xtreme Curaçao 2026 sounds on Sunday 15 November 2026. We were thrilled to see so many of you out training in the Porto Marie area this weekend.
Don't forget to register — and make sure you do it on time!
Another exciting guest you will meet at the start and finish of this year's Duo Xtreme is José Been. José is a sports journalist specialising in cycling coverage. She has reported on many major international races, including for HBO Max, Eurosport and Global Cycling Network. There is a good chance you have heard her voice before! On 15 November José will bring her extensive knowledge of and passion for the sport to the Duo Xtreme.
Little effort, great help. Getting ready for the Duo Xtreme means training, preparing, discussing things with your duo partner and taking your bike in for a service. Registering on Race Result often ends up at the bottom of the to-do list for many people. But did you know that the organisation really benefits from knowing in advance that you will be taking part? Register today and encourage others to do the same. That way the organisation has a better idea of how many people to expect and what to prepare for. And let's be honest: isn't part of the excitement of the event knowing who your competitors will be?
As most of you know, the organising team is small and consists entirely of volunteers, so any help is greatly appreciated.
Will you assist us? Can't take part in the race this year but still want to contribute? Sign up as a volunteer today. Taking part in the race? Ask your friends or family if they would like to volunteer. That way they can cheer you on while also contributing to the best MTB race of the year! Send an e-mail to curacaocyclingevents@gmail.com to let us know you are on board.
Want to see more of José? Follow her on Instagram. You will find the latest updates about the event on the Curaçao Cycling Events page.
